GTA 5 was astonishingly expensive to build.


Grand Theft Auto 5 had a total budget of $268 million, according to the latest Did You Know Gaming episode.

That means it is the fifth most expensive entertainment product of all time after inflation adjustments, and the third most expensive game. Only Destiny and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 were more expensive to build and promote.
