Stream Xbox One games to Windows 10 PCs and tablets, later this year

Microsoft has announced that Xbox One owners will soon be able to stream their library of games to any Windows 10 device, later this year.

"With Windows 10 we will enable streaming of Xbox One games to any PC or tablet running Windows 10, later this year," Xbox boss Phil Spencer said during the Windows 10 event today. During the announcement, Spencer showcased the new feature by playing Forza on a Surface Pro 3 along with the Xbox UI on the device.

"We will treat Xbox gaming on Windows 10 with as much passion" as on the console, he added. As part of a set of gaming announcements for Microsoft's upcoming operating system refresh, Spencer also announced Fable Legends would launch on PC and allow for cross-play between the Xbox One.

Vladimer To bad you have to have 2.5MB up to stream...... People with more than 10GB down who call themselves good are jokes. Especially when my stats double theirs and when I have triple their earnings on UMG.

Does that make you feel cool or something this has nothing to do with UMG

GT-R Who in their right mind would want to do this? I understand the tablet part but, why would you stream console games to a desktop if the console is connected to a tv already?

That the same thing that the Sony has and I see nobody complaining. Why is that when Microsoft does a good thing, everybody has to bash on them?

Well I guess if you prefer a computer over tv then it can help you.

I don't understand why people would do this when you already have it on there tv but I guess its cool they are doing this for people that would like it.
