Xbox 360 users may also have trouble with OneDrive, the manufacturer's cloud storage service. "It's come to our attention that some of our members are having a tough time connecting to the OneDrive service using the OneDrive application. Hang in there, Xbox members! As you read this message, we're working with our internal partner to correct this issue."

Last but not least, access to the Sky Go app is limited. Microsoft is again "working alongside our partner to get this issue fixed as soon as we possibly can".

So many issues recently with Xbox One and Sometimes 360!

I feel like moving to Playstation although they problem have just the same amount of problems.

Only have a problem with friends appearing online. Most of them of are just completely 'offline'.

Yes, I've spoke to XBL Support as this seemed unfamiliar, i quote they said

"we are aware of the issue and as of the moment we are currently running an update on our tools and system. This might take a while but apparently, this is being prepared by our Engineers to better serve our customers all over the world given that we have updated the security system of our servers."
