"Having difficulties managing your Friends or Profiles?" reads an update, posted at 9:36am UK time. "Us too, but we're already working hard to address this issue! We're grateful for your patience in the meantime, Xbox members. We'll update you as soon as we have more information."

Xbox 360 users may also have trouble with OneDrive, the manufacturer's cloud storage service. "It's come to our attention that some of our members are having a tough time connecting to the OneDrive service using the OneDrive application. Hang in there, Xbox members! As you read this message, we're working with our internal partner to correct this issue."

Last but not least, access to the Sky Go app is limited. Microsoft is again "working alongside our partner to get this issue fixed as soon as we possibly can".

Im glad that this was fix i couldn't decline any of my friend requests or i couldn't any of friends to play gears of war

I typically don't ever see any of these service issues but I was unable to see my friends list at all on the Xbox One and I wasn't able to accept a friend request on my 360. It seems that we are getting the service outages more and more often on Xbox Live it seems every since the release of the Xbox One.

Somebody I met online in Destiny friended me and I could not accept nor decline it. This is probably why.

I was playing for a few hours when this happened and didn't notice any difference. Although, the people I was in a party with were saying they were having issues.
