The Crew delayed to December 2

The Crew's global release date has been delayed to December 2, Ubisoft announced Monday.

The three-week delay will allow the firm to conduct a second closed beta on consoles and further tune the game using "valuable player feedback and other essential information". The beta is set to begin in November.

"Our philosophy remains to deliver the best game possible," creative director Julian Gerighty said in a prepared statement. "We're all committed to delivering a revolutionary experience in the driving genre and we can't wait for The Crew to be in the hands of the players."

Ivory Tower said in September that it had fixed over 4,000 The Crew bugs in the space of 30 days, while making numerous modifications and improvements to the game following PC beta testing.

This is the game I can't wait for. This game looks so fun, and racing games are the BEST!

I'm not happy its being delayed but hopefully it means they're working out bugs so the game runs smoothly once released because I'm extremely excited for this game. I'll probably end up getting 3 copies though since I have friends on both XB1 and PS4, plus I'll need it on PC.. obviously.

At least it is only a three week delay, South Park the Stick of Truth was delayed for months.

If we're being honest, I'm not exactly looking forward to this game.
I don't really see how it can be too different from Forza or the vast other selection of racing games.

Miss As long as it's for the reasons they said, I couldn't care less. I'd rather have a good game over something rushed that will be terrible.
