Halo 5: Guardians beta launches December 27

Microsoft's planned Halo 5: Guardians beta will begin December 27 and run for three weeks, ending on January 17, 343 Industries' Bonnie Ross tells Joystiq.

Beta access will be available via 343's upcoming Halo: The Master Chief Collection, launching on November 11 for the Xbox One. The collection – revealed during Microsoft's E3 media briefing yesterday – includes each game in the Halo series which features Master Chief as its protagonist: Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition, a new anniversary update of Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4.

Halo 5 should be pretty good, they take much longer to create their games than COD although they have less funding.

ExoticWolfs Wont be getting this because I don't have an xbone, also the last 2 Halos were let downs for me. But this looks good so far.

I thought Reach was good. Get Destiny since that will be Bungie.

Hopefully Halo 5 will be decent, but i'm looking forward to replaying the classic Halo's

Kicka Halo should have been put to rest after Halo 3.
Unless bungie stayed, because 343 is awful, reach and halo 4 were a gigantic disappointment.
If i owned xbox one i wouldnt even waste my time with Halo 5

I'm sure you're not implying that 343 made reach, because that was most definitely Bungie.
Though I do agree, Reach and H4 were trash when it came to multiplayer but the campaigns were amazing in both.

343 did help with reach though i think. I really dont know why they tried to implement cod features in a game that was fine the way it was -_-
