Xbox One boss Don Mattrick 'resigns'

Don Mattrick, the most senior executive within Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business, has allegedly announced his intention to leave the company.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Mattrick is departing to take up the role of chief executive officer at beleaguered social games group Zynga.

Microsoft has declined to comment

I like that idea a lot haha, although it would give him an even worse reputation possibly leading to absolute hatred towards him for greed lol

Not a surprise to me. When he made that 'submarine' comment, it created a backlash. I actually wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft asked him to resign after that (or at least put pressure on him to do so.)
