Banned Xbox One accounts will keep their games

A couple days ago, a tweet was sent out that you would lose all your games if you get banned. Microsoft's Major Nelson came out a couple days ago, and said that you would still have full access to your games if you get banned on the Xbox One. Many sites such as TheTechGame have updated the users with the events.

I want to know if the Xbox One will continue to work 10-15 years from now. I want to know if the games on the Xbox One will be functional 10-15 years from now. haha Wtf Are talking about there so much they can do with the xbox one why woud they put a date on its death? Both Xbox one and Ps3 will make new next-gen consuls when new and better tech comes out stop bitchen and enjoy what we got now.

Then read. Previously, we were told that you'd lose all your games. Now they're saying that they lied and you'd keep all your games. Like when you buy a game and it gets put into your game library.
