Banned Xbox One accounts will keep their games

A couple days ago, a tweet was sent out that you would lose all your games if you get banned. Microsoft's Major Nelson came out a couple days ago, and said that you would still have full access to your games if you get banned on the Xbox One. Many sites such as TheTechGame have updated the users with the events.

I agree with this, if they bought the game, they should still own it, banned or not.

It really is... I got banned for "Harassment" I'm pretty sure am the one who kept getting harassed by kids DDoS and Raging cod losers...


LOL, I never got banned and I have to admit I swear alot when ingame.

They have to punish them somehow.


Yeah but not by removing hundreds of dollars/pounds worth of games from the account!
