E3 2013: PS4 Supports Used Games, Don't Require Online Connection

4.6
A smiling Jack Tretton revealed that the PlayStation 4 will have no restrictions on used games and will not require an always-on internet connection for single-player games.

"Yes, that's a good thing," he said to a cheering crowd.

Sony also announced that trading, lending and selling of games will be permitted, and purchasing a game means that it is owned by the consumer forever.

the system won't require any sort of online authentication for disc-based games.

Compete isn't the word anymore, unless the Xbox One has something amazing up their sleeve then they are out of the console race, Sony will pretty much be the King of consoles!

Origamo This is quite good. Still getting an Xbox though.

What's the point of getting an Xbox? Like I loved the Xbox and have always played it but for the next gen Sony seems to be really kicking microsofts ass.
