Medal of Honor taken 'out of rotation'

4.6
EA recently announced that the Medal of Honor franchise will be taking a break, die to the game's poor performance since the launch of Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

According to EA COO Peter Moore, the poor sales performance means that the publisher will not continue with the series. "The game was solid, but the focus on combat authenticity did not resonate with consumers" Moore said.

It is said that they are taking a break from the game, to think of new ideas for possible sequels.

The multiplayer is really solid and fun, don't see why anyone wouldn't like it. And the campaign has a great storyline and lots of action, I'm sad to see it go.

They have done well out of the series. It has been around for a fair amount of time.

WOW. That is quite surprising... Although I wasn't really into it I thought that this series would go far!
