Medal of Honor taken 'out of rotation'

EA recently announced that the Medal of Honor franchise will be taking a break, die to the game's poor performance since the launch of Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

According to EA COO Peter Moore, the poor sales performance means that the publisher will not continue with the series. "The game was solid, but the focus on combat authenticity did not resonate with consumers" Moore said.

It is said that they are taking a break from the game, to think of new ideas for possible sequels.

I loved MoH: Warfighter. I never bought it, but the multiplayer beta was awesome.

I liked MoH: Frontline on the PS2. :P

I actually quite like the MoH: Warfighter Beta. So it kinda surprises me that this happened.

Centurial Good, i was never a fan of these games.

Well I was. This doesn't mean that everything MoH will never appear again, they are just taking Medal of Honor out of rotation. They are thinking of ideas for a sequel, which I am crossing my fingers for.
