A lot of people were surprised today during Nintendo's Press Conference as they revealed that they are working on a HD remake of the GameCube classic, The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker for the Wii U.
The remake is the first Legend Of Zelda game on Wii U, and Nintendo are working on it alongside another Legend of Zelda game, which was showcased at E3 2011.
Eiji Aonuma (Game designer over at Nintendo) said that their new game is expected to take quite some time to complete, because it will 'rethink the conventions of Zelda.'
I never liked it either. I remember playing the one for N64 that needed an expansion pack, then when I got the Wii I got Twilight Princess or whatever, played it for about a week, then got bored. But that my be because the only RPG games I really like are The Elder Scrolls series.

To the guy who says he never bought any Nintendo stuff...if you never had a Zelda, Mario, or Pokemon....pokemon. What is wrong with your childhood? How could you have never owned a pokemon game?....
I used to play Pokemon all day on my Gameboy color, it was such a simple game.
I used to play Mario, Zelda, but never Pokemon. That would be a discrace to my Yu Gi Oh cards...

Yea, but I never had the Yu Gi Oh games. This new Zelda Game looks awesome on the Wii U only though, I feel like it's going to be awesome.
