Zelda: Wind Waker coming to Wii U in Autumn 2013

A lot of people were surprised today during Nintendo's Press Conference as they revealed that they are working on a HD remake of the GameCube classic, The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker for the Wii U.

The remake is the first Legend Of Zelda game on Wii U, and Nintendo are working on it alongside another Legend of Zelda game, which was showcased at E3 2011.

Eiji Aonuma (Game designer over at Nintendo) said that their new game is expected to take quite some time to complete, because it will 'rethink the conventions of Zelda.'

to be honest i think that Zelda the ocarina of time is the best Zelda game by far. and still probably one of my all time favorite games.

I love Zelda. I played it on my Wii. Twilight Princess. It might sound like a gay title but it was super fun.

Halo4 I liked Wind Waker but wouldnt convince me enough to buy a Wii U.


I agree. I enjoyed Zelda the most on the original Wii, that was so much fun.

I never found it interesting. Back when in Nintendo days I played Mario, that was pretty much it.
