"Limbo of the Lost" Devs accused of Plagiarism

4.7
The Register has released an article detailing some seemingly blatant plagiarism by the Developers of the 2007 game 'Limbo of the Lost'.

The game, that was published in July 2007 by Tri Synergy, was released almost a year before GamesPlasma.com got around to reviewing it; and upon doing so, they noticed that parts of the game seem to have come from elsewhere. Most notably, it seems that the developers, a small 3 man outfit by the name of "Majestic", have taken more than a little inspiration from Bethesda's Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Since the article on GamesPlasma.com has been published [LINK], a Forum thread on gamesradar.com has gone to find that the game seems to have taken a large amount of it's scenery from more than 5 games, including Unreal Tournament 2004, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Diablo 2. Even films like Spawn seem to have been copied.

Tri Synergy has since stopped all forms of Distribution of the game, and are 'anxiously awaiting [Majestic's] response'. Bethesda are also said to be 'looking into it'.
