Call of Duty Modern Warfare multiplayer is free this weekend

Activision is running a free Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer weekend beginning on Friday, August 7 at 10am PT/1pm ET/6pm UK.

Available for 72 hours, the free weekend trial offers access to a limited portion of Modern Warfare’s multiplayer component accessible through free-to-play game Call of Duty: Warzone.

It includes 6v6 matches on five multiplayer maps: Shoot House, Shipment and Cheshire Park, plus Season 5 additions Suldal Harbor and Petrov Oil Rig.

A moshpit of multiplayer modes will be available including Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint.

A PlayStation Plus subscription isn’t required to play Warzone, and while an Xbox Live Gold subscription is, Microsoft’s online service is also free this weekend.

Activision launched Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone Season 5 earlier this week. Among other features, it introduced significant map changes for the free-to-play battle royale game and will include a “mid-season event” likely related to the next premium Call of Duty game.

CtrlAltDelete Definitely gonna see a lot of hackers in multiplayer

I doubt it, they only play Warzone from what I have seen, it is pointless to hack on MP, just go play shipment if you want to feel like a god lol.

I haven't really touched MP this year, only when I want attachments for a new gun for using on Warzone.

I have this game anyway and don't play it because its such a bad game, Great for the people that can't afford the game but id tell them not to waste their time lol.
