XBL will never be free because of all the features it has to offer. if XBL was to be free, the company will over time start to loose money.

Nicasus CoD Elite is pretty expensive to be honest. I'm getting the Hardened Edition so I'll have one year and the biggest plus is that I get the map packs for free.

But considering they stop releasing map packs after a year (when a new CoD has been released) I probably won't renew it.

-Monthly content
-Direct video uploads to youtube, but with 8x more capacity?

MW2 had 2 map packs for $30 total
Black Ops had 4 map packs for a total of $60

With MW3 they promised more downloadable content. So $50 a year for all the map packs, and other stuff? Lmao get out of here with that ****.

And i hate when people seem to think Elite premium is requried, it is not required. You already get all the features when you buy the game, you just got extra features for $50.

During the summer i had a job that payed $24 an hour but i only worked 5 hours a week. So i only had to work 5 hours to afford a year of elite and live which honestly isnt much.

And no im not posting to increase my post count, im posting to talk about the article.
