Next Stadia Connect Live Stream to Occur in July

Stadia is once again getting the spotlight on July 14 when the latest Connect presentation from Google will transpire.

As the summer of neverending game announcements, streams, and events continues to chug right along, Google today announced when its next edition of Stadia Connect will transpire.

Set to occur in a little under a month, the next iteration of Stadia Connect is set to take place on Tuesday, July 14. Google as of now hasn’t announced exactly when the presentation will be taking place on this date, but we should hear more in the coming weeks.

This July iteration of Stadia Connect will be the first such stream since April, when Google last held a presentation. This edition of Stadia Connect ended up lasting about 15-minutes in total and brought with it the release of Octopath Traveler and PUBG to the platform.

At the moment, Google hasn’t teased what might be revealed in this upcoming Connect episode, but based on public feedback from April’s showing, many are hoping that more substantial news on the streaming service might be incoming. Google’s biggest move regarding Stadia so far this year has likely come with the company’s poaching of former Sony Santa Monica Studio head Shannon Studstill joining on to lead a new studio. While we don’t know what any of Google’s first-party teams might be working on just yet, hopefully, we’ll learn more soon.
