The reveal of Grand Theft Auto V will happen before the kids are back in school, rumor has it.

Official Xbox Magazine US believes they’re on the trail; “Time’s up, says The Ball. Expect Grand Theft Auto V to be announced later this summer,” it’s written on the mag’s latest issue’s rumor section.

Rockstar has been awfully good at keeping details on the title under lock and key, though there have been a few slips and rumors.

Bits and pieces of info have arrived via Twitter and domain registrations. Sources at Rockstar parent Take-Two have also claimed the title is “well under way,” with one analyst expecting it to ship early next year.
