Currently the service only works with select Xbox Live Arcade games, which can be downloaded and saves resumed from any console. Microsoft points, friends and achievements are now also stored up in the cloud.

Expect the cloud service to hit the Xbox 360 lineup in its entirety when Microsoft releases the UI update.
