Xbox Game Pass March Titles Revealed; Sea of Thieves and More

4
Since its introduction, Xbox Game Pass has given Xbox gamers essentially the “Netflix of gaming” by allowing users to pay a monthly fee for access to a large wealth of games, and now that library of games has expanded even more with the newest games announced that will be heading to the service.

Over on Xbox Wire, Microsoft unveiled the eight new releases coming to Xbox Game Pass as the company teased last week. Overall, the roster of games will include the launch of Sea of Thieves (which was previously announced to be part of Xbox Game Pass), the previously-unveiled Rise of the Tomb Raider, and a collection of six other games. The full lineup of games for March 2018 can be found below:

Sea of Thieves
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Super Lucky’s Tale
Resident Evil Revelations 2
Oxenfree
Sonic CD
The Final Station
Euro Fishing

Sea of Thieves is notably one of the first new release Xbox One exclusives that will be included as part of Xbox Game Pass, which was announced by Microsoft last month. Specifically, that will apply to new Microsoft Studios titles exclusive to the Xbox One, which will also include the upcoming Crackdown 3 and State of Decay, while other titles like Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Wars 2 are currently available now on the service.

Sea of Thieves will be available on Xbox Game Pass the same day that it releases physically and digitally on March 20th, 2018, while the other titles (presumably) will be added sometime near the beginning of March.

Just bought the game pass for the Sea of Thieves.... glad I didnt purchase SOT because the game makes no sense. Join a SOLO game and I end up getting raided by 3 other ONLINE players with 5 chests on my ship.... 2 hours gone for nothing.

-Deano I'm glad game pass is a thing because it really let's you try games before going for the full purchase. I don't think that sea of thieves is really worth 49.99 on the windows store so the games pass will let me try it out for much cheaper and then decide if u really want to buy it.

I don't think many games are worth their price tag, especially over £30. But it hasn't stopped me wasting a lot of money in the past though. Just laid out £50 on Farcry5. Pfft.

Sage I have a feeling that the Xbox Gamepass is going to be come the netflix of video games.

I personally think it already is, great game content at a cheap price. I've got myself 6 months worth of games pass. Can't wait for others!

Same as Origin Access has been for a while, this idea of pay monthly for games is brilliant, I just hope they keep adding AAA titles to it in the coming months.
