PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds week 27 patch is now live

4.4
It’s not as hefty as the massive September patch, but bug fixes are welcome all the same.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds recently launched an utterly massive patch (complete with a brand-new town), which may have had something to do with the game shattering its concurrent player record again. While we shouldn’t expect an update of that scale for some time, the developer has turned its attention back to regular bug fixes. The latest such patch has now hit live servers, one day after releasing on the test servers.

There’s one issue, however, that the new patch caused. The leaderboards are not behaving as they should, but this should be fixed quickly, according to developer Bluehole.

UI/UX
Enhanced breathing animation in the Spectator mode
Added a new feature in the Settings to adjust the zoom-in and zoom-out speed of the World Map

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that made the shadows disappear mid-game
Fixed a graphic bug related to players who left the game inside of the starting airplane
Fixed a bug that prevented users from seeing the full alias of their teammates
Improved the synchronization between player aim and spectator aim
Fixed a bug to accurately display teammates’ marker direction in Free Look mode

I do get if they will continue this level of support when it comes to console - I hope so.

-Silky Good to see bug fixes and I hope they continue this dedication when it comes to Xbox.

Should do.. With the involvement of Microsoft they kill bugs every other day with minecraft so i don't doubt they will do the same with this.

Bug fixes are always good too as some of them can be pretty annoying. Can't wait for this to go into beta for Xbox.
