Microsoft won’t be making any more white Xbox One S 2TB models

4.4
The Xbox One S 2TB model was released last week and has already sold out.

The units sold at $349.99, but now third party sellers are increasing the prices. Amazon has them starting at $469.99.

Eurogamer spoke to Microsoft and they have confirmed that they aren’t planning to ship anymore. If you want want an Xbox One S, you will have to wait until October for the release of the Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Xbox One S, which will cost you $399.99.

I don't really care I'm just waiting on the Scorpio.

Kinda sucks but didn't plan on picking up one of these consoles anyways. Going to hold out still until the Scorpio launches.

Nick That's dumb. Why would Microsoft do this to their customers?

Really? So other companies don't make money off of microsofts product. Pretty obvious...

The original comment is a good question. Your reply to it made no sense. It is actually quite the opposite if you read the post. Other companies ARE making money off of Microsoft's decision to not ship anymore Xbox One S 2TB consoles. An example mentioned is Amazon which is charging $469.99 compared to Microsoft's original price of $349.99.

So are they going to still ship the 500GB Xbox S or no?

Kinda shiesty of third party sellers to raise prices like that. Guess that's how it goes though, supply + demand.
