DIDNT REALIZE THERE WAS ALREADY A POST SIMILAR ON TTG

I decided to make a form I am hoping will be a motivational reason for more people to be vocal about their fitness journey with the rest of us here on TheTechGame. I think that working out and fitness are truly great tools. The more often we do these kind's of activities, the more we will benefit in our day to day lives! We will be stronger, healthier, happier and so much more. There are truly too many amazing things that can happen from working out, and it is literally one step at a time. You are in constant competition with yourself, to improve yourself. That is how I look at it.

With this form, I want everyone to comment what they did or plan to do for the day. It can be any form of activeness. It could be swimming, going for a bike ride, it could be any form of cardio, weightlifting, you could have a highschool basketball game, or football practice or ANYTHING. You could just go for a walk! Anything and everything!!

Since this is the first post of the thread, I will start.

Today was a push-day for my weightlifting training. So, I focused on training my chest, triceps and shoulders. Tomorrow, I will be going to the gym and working out my legs. I did about 8-10 sets of each muscle group today. My rep ranges are usually 8-10. Some of the exercises have a range of 12-15 for the smaller muscle groups.
