So I recently reset my pc. Reinstalled windows along with the drivers.I reinstalled steam again so when I try to download my games, It shows that my steam library is full but nothing is downloaded yet I can't reinstall any of the games I have cause it's full. What do I do ?

id say to wipe it. wipe it and allow you to install more stuff and make the computer think it's empty. rn, you have your old windows account on it, thus your computer sees that stuff as another person's data that you don't have access to. , in windows type 'disk management' select the drive that needs to be formatted and format.

I had this issue before and this is what I did. Maybe there is a better way but idk
