100g Oats - 358 calories, 10g protein, 57g carbs.
100g Fat free Greek yogurt - 54 calories, 7.3g protein, 5.2g carbs.
100g frozen fruit - 40 calories, 0.4 protein, 3 carbs.
50g Peanut butter - 298 calories, 15g protein, 6g carbs.
10g Coconut oil - 90 calories, 0 protein, 0 carbs.
800ml Whole milk - 512 calories, 27g protein, 37g carbs.
1 Banana - 135 calories, 1.7g protein, 35g carbs.

Question.. why do you use blueberries... if you use the berry mix? Does the berry mix not have blueberries

Blueberries contain antioxidants which helps muscle growth, and no the berry mix does not have them in.

That's one thick shake, but nice recipe! There's so many cool ways to add some heft to shakes, as opposed to just the traditional milk + whey. Oats, PB, Greek yogurt, and bananas are some of my favorites.

I see you add the coconut oil for a little extra caloric intake, personally I throw a tablespoon of Olive oil into mine, adds something like 150 calories and 14g of Monounsaturated fat (The good fat). With 24 ounces of milk and everything else I throw in, once it's mixed I can't even taste the fact that olive oil is an ingredient, but it was helpful in just adding some calories and fats to the diet when I was pushing to make weight late in a bulk or something.

I know what blueberries do mate, they are fantastic for the body, although the skin can be hard to digest sometimes. I was just asking since you have a mixed berries bag. Odd that blueberries don't come in that bag in my opinion

Yea I have no idea lol, the mix bag has red berries, black berries, strawberries, and raspberries lol pretty dumb if u ask me.

I eat 3000 calories in food every day. The shake is just a little extra I like to do to bump up my calories.

Hey Toxic thanks for amazing post, I was wondering If you can make like a weight loss one next I am going to book mark this one so when I lose the rest of my weight I can gain Muscle I really appreciate this post !

I know there are many different shakes out there for muscle gaining and weight loss but are there any you would prefer for weight loss please and thanks!
