That's what I'm thinking. Only other thing is he is infected with something and it's aging him rapidly or since he has been working with the Blue Umbrella Corp, if they've done something that turns him into basically another Wesker. I don't know, it just doesn't look right given how this is probably within a few years of Resident Evil 7
