So, if any of you read my previous Topic: DMV Story, you'll know what this post is referring to, if not, then go read it, or don't, I'm not in charge of you lol

Because I also messed up in bringing one piece of mail instead of two for proof of address for title swapping, I had to go back, and I decided to go back when I knew his appointment would be because he scheduled it again for 2pm the next day, overheard that as I was leaving.

To continue the story, apparently, the 2008 Honda Fit isn't the only one he had access to... He showed up with a friend of his, in another Honda Fit that belonged to the friend. I talked to him a bit and apparently he does rally racing, which on a private course is Legal regardless of license because it's private property, think farm truck not needing plates or registration, same principal, it's Florida. His actual one he said was in his garage, no plates, no registration, he said his friends would tow it to the track when they all went out, so he couldn't use his own for the test, but he's wanted to get it registered in his name and made street legal, and now he has a good reason to, he got his license!!

I'm not sure all that his friend had under the hood, but I do know that you don't stick a roll cage in a stock Honda, and based on the sound of it, he definitely had some work done. I'm not a car junkie but I know Hondas don't sound that mean from factory.

He went out for his test with the same lady who failed him, first she mentioned the noise the car made, but this mofo had a decibel meter to prove it's within legal limits so she had to deal with it, along with the harness seatbelts which made her look uncomfortable, detachable steering wheel which he carried in with him, which is actually a good theft deterrent now that I think about it lol, then other stuff like no back seats it seemed to freak her out a bit at first.

They went off for the test, I went back in to wait, and when I was done, they were pulling back in, he passed lol

I don't get on TTG much, so it took a bit to come back and update this, and after going to one of the races he invited me to, I've learned something. Rally racing on a dirt road with narrow paths and trees and stuff is scary o_o
