since the clock rolled back the first born would be older by 2minutes well the second would be 2minutes younger, idk how hard it is to process this unless you are under narcotics if so i want what you have, the first born is always and will be the oldest legally but they both would be the same age but different birth time frame

Technically the first child is older, daylight savings or not. Because clocks are man made.

Good question haaha. I think legally it would be the second child that is older, but I don't know for sure how this stuff is handled.

I think their are so many confused people because they aren't aware of day light saving. Anyway people are saying the second child conceived is older and I am confused on where they are finding such logic, my answer to this question would be the first child conceived is older. As the time is just being altered there is no time actually being lost or made up.

Its almost the same argument as being born on February 29th of a leap year, that your birthday only comes around once every 4 years

Of course the child that was born first would be the older one

The 1st child would of been born at 00:59am and the 2nd child would of been born at 01:01am.
