Glad there's a post on here that sums it all up ive had my RGH in my drawer for almost 3 years now I think whenever the Xbox one came out that's when I laid it too rest but I saw it the other day and thought maybe I want to play some modded gta v I stumbled upon this post and now I am content.

Aye this is extremely helpful anyone who's trying to get back into the modding scene!

Make sure to peep this forum actually helped me remember some stuff I forgot when I took a few months break..

Also would like to add some info that I don't know is on here at least I couldn't find it.

When updating dashboards I wasn't able to apply the avatar update even when using my USB

Yes it was formatted
Yes I downloaded the files to update offline
Yes I disconnected from internet

Yet every time I applied the update it wouldn't stick, this also was giving me fatal crashes right when I tried going into any games.

To fix this problem was simple but something that could be overlooked if you're a noob like me and that was my plugins had a gta v menu which was stopping the update from applying so simply disable ur plugin 5 if you're having trouble getting the avatar update to stick

Simple fix to update your Avatar by USB
Rename it to $$ytemupdate. From $systemuodate

Nah I did that and it still wasn't working after I disabled my plugin 5 (gta v mod menu) it worked no problem
