Chelsea obviously won't ever get rid of him cheaply, and if a club can buy Bale for 86mil then I dont see why not Hazard for more

Real Madrid were the only ones interested in Buying Hazard for that sort of price and they look like they're getting Reus so there would be no need for Hazard.

Well the essence of what I'm saying is, if they have the money I don't see why paying that for Hazard is outrageous, I don't think Hazard will leave Chelsea, just rumours imo

I know messi is good and all that but I wouldn't really want him at Chelsea because we already have a strong enough team to win trophies.. If anything we need to look for a replacement for Terry we have zouma but he is the future of our defence we need someone like Godin. Still has a but of time and is a world class centre back. We could sign Varane but his price will shoot up when pepe or Ramos retires as real would probably want him too play CB. With buying messi we would need to sell players which I wouldn't think was fair if we sold Willian for messi it really wouldn't be fair because William has out hard work in for us this season. Although he isn't the most gifted when it comes too shooting he definetly makes up with his workrates for us.

Diego Costa is scoring goals remy is scoring and so is drogba, we don't need another striker.

Great signing but 30m??? Really???

Given the current situation city currently find themselves in, Swansea will know that they are in need of a decent striker that can cement his place in the first team and will look to get the largest fee possible for, lets be honest, their best player.

i think 30 Mill is a fair price tag in todays market, look at the goals he scores week in week out and has done in the Prem for a while now.

I know, I thought 20m would be a fair price, dont understand the 30m.

Saw a valuation of Hazard at 99m before, i burst out laughing

If you can sell someone for 80m-90m Euros then you really do have to ask how messed up the current valuations of players are these days. Yeah Bale is an amazing footballer but 80m? never. all that transfer did was increase the value of most top tier footballers on the planet by 10m-25m

Realistically, Hazard 55m, Bale 65m, Ronaldo 90m, Messi 120m.

Maximum prices

Surely prices should be capped since the financial fair play came into place.

No player over 100mil I think.

Definitely not. When you consider the financial benefits of signing a big name. Let's use Messi as an example, if Chelsea signed him, they would make so much from shirt sales around the world, a lot more sponsors would want to be associated, it would instantly turn us into a global brand all because of 1 signing. That has to be considered in a player's price.

For a team like Chelsea to buy Messi they'd have to save up for quite a long time. I'm actually being fair to other teams who wouldn't be able to sign that sort of calibre of player.

The only teams that can actually afford to spend 100mil every year are Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona and United.

We can afford him though , We made profit last season , We have literally every young player worth noting (Ok not quite , But look at the amount of talent we have) who we can offload whenever we want , Constantly getting into champs leauge + doing well , If messi came here we would sell atleast willian and andre (We would get the cash up front)

Messis transfer fee would be split beetween however long his contract is (EG 5 year contract 40M per year and not 200M straight away) , We could afford him if we wanted ,We would have to make some adjustments but its doable.

No way could you afford him unless you sold Hazard and courtois.

I just proved to you we could , Prove (With data) that we cant and ill believe you.

Yes you could but no Manager or Chief executive would ever do that so it wouldn't happen.

So you want to offload 40million pounds worth of players every year for the next 5 years?

Thats not taking into account profit from elsewhere... , Also i never said i wanted too im saying it can be done.

Messi is sponsored by Adidas , they make CFCS shirts

Messi is sponsored by turkish airlines , They are going to be sponsoring are shirts next season.

Lionel appears in turkish airlines ads alonside ... Drogba.

Alot of money to be made by both companys , They could both help this deal happen , Talking with lionel + funding.

On the day Lionel liked CFC , Courtois and Luises instagram , Lionels girlfriend liked a piture of cesc/cescs girlfriend in london.

Im just saying...

But why would He leave The great Barca for Chelsea?
It would be like Paul Scholes going to another club, Messi is way too loyal to Barcelona and it's fans.

Ohh thats a good one ,I dont know any reason why he whould leave barcelona for chelsea (Thinks )

Maybe its because he doesent like the current manager
Maybe its because the club hierahy at barcelona are going into meltdown
Maybe its because of issues with tax in spain / trouble with the law
Maybe its because he wants to be back with Cesc (And his GF wants to be back with Cesc GF)
Maybe its because he wants to prove himself in a new leauge?
Maybe he wants to play in the premier leauge
Maybe he wants to play alongside some of the best young talent in the world (And cesc)
Maybe he wants to play for the best manager in the world
Maybe he has seen how close CFC are to dominating and wants a piece of it.
Maybe its because he is fed up of barca/spain
Maybe he is bored?
Maybe he realises that barca are not the force they used to be.

Actually no , I cant think of any reasons why he would come here :/
