I'm confused, is your currency GBP or USD? We need your budget in your currency.

If you're buying in the UK, then a US parts list will be pretty useless.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 8-Core Processor ($185.39 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler ($74.90 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-Force Vulcan 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($65.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GAMING OC Video Card ($529.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($84.99 @ Amazon)
Monitor: Pixio PX329 31.5" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor ($299.99 @ Amazon)
Keyboard: Corsair K65 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard ($117.85 @ Newegg)
Total: $1639.07

You could swap the R7 2700 for an R5 3600 which has better single core performance, but at 1440p 144/165Hz with the likes of an RTX 2070S, it's not going to matter that much so you'd be better with the extra cores+threads that the R7 2700 offers IMO. Alternatively, get the best of both and grab an R7 3700X, those will set you back $300-330 if you can find one in stock though.

You can get an RTX 2070 for $420-450 or an aftermarket RX 5700XT for $420, so if you want to save some cash that would be an easy way to do so. All 3 are great GPU's tbh, just up to how much you want to spend and if you prefer NVidia or don't care.

There are plenty of good case options in the $70-150 range so if you don't like the Cooler Master NR600, I can recommend more. The NR600 is a great value case though IMO.

Add whatever capacity HDD you want/need. I'd grab 2TB or 3TB probably.

Alternative monitor if you'd prefer 27" rather than 32";
pcpartpicker.com/product/HbCD4D/v...itor-gn27d

Alternative keyboards;
pcpartpicker.com/product/J4GxFT/c...9109114-na
pcpartpicker.com/product/P7VD4D/c...0-gkcl1-us
The K65 I included in the parts list, and the white K70 above both use Cherry MX Speed switches. The K65 is a TKL, and the K70 is not.
I'd personally take the Cooler Master one though, since it has Cherry MX Blue switches.
Grab whatever mouse you want.

If you need a 2nd monitor, just for streaming or whatever, I'd just grab any cheap 1080p monitor, you can easily get a decent one under $100.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 8-Core Processor (£178.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard (£106.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£86.98 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£97.97 @ CCL Computers)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB SC ULTRA GAMING Video Card (£389.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case (£69.98 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£72.77 @ CCL Computers)
Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard (£95.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £1099.14

Same as above for CPU pretty much. Ryzen 3000 will offer better single thread performance, but Ryzen 2000 is ridiculously cheap right now, so an R7 2700 with 8 cores for under £200 is a steal IMO. If you want though, R5 3600 is a solid option too, and about the same price as the 2700. Or 3700x for best of both, £120ish more expensive, but it is in stock here in the UK currently at least.

Again, same applies for case and HDD. I can recommend other cases if you don't like the NR600. Add whatever capacity HDD you want/need, 2TB or 3TB is still probably your best bet IMO.

For the keyboard I've included a K70 with MX Speeds since it's a good price over here. If you don't like MX Speeds, then you'll probably want to go with MX Browns since it seems impossible to find an RGB keyboard with MX Blues in the UK.

For monitor, this is your best option;
currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...lsrc=aw.ds
Still 1440p 144Hz, VA panel with Freesync like the 2 above in the US list. This MSI monitor is great, and priced really well IMO. Only other monitor I'd consider, would be this;
currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...6-pdt.html
and if you want a secondary monitor, I'd still probably just grab any cheap 1080p monitor. You're looking at £80-90 for something decent with a VA or IPS panel.

Lastly, for GPU, unfortunately, the aftermarket RX 5700 and 5700XT's are kind of over-priced and/or out of stock over here. The RTX 2060 Super is still a decent option(about on par with a 2070), but I'd keep an eye out for RTX 2070's, some of them have been going cheap since the Super cards were launched so you might be able to get a 2070 close to 400 quid, which would be a good shout. Or if you want to go for an RTX 2070 Super, those start at just over £500.

The case has 2 USB 3.2 Headers. The motherboard has 2 x USB 2.0 and 3 x (I think) USB 3.2, plus a USB Type-C. So, 7 total USB Type A ports.

If you're getting an RTX 2070, get one of these;
