I really dislike them, but that's because I'm a mid-freak and these have really weird mids. These are probably the best <$30 headphone for anyone that likes bass.

I'm going to put these down as another part of my epic headphone journey. They're mine when I get home from work today, their price on Amazon is $65!

Okay, so I'm gonna finalize my order very soon. I'm planning on getting a Pair of V-Moda Crossfade LP's but The V-Moda M-80's have good reviews also. COuld you clarify on what you think is better?

I was going to get one, then I thought, "I really want a harmonica instead."

And the M-80's are better than the LP's, but have less bass.

Save your money and get the V-Moda LP2. You can customize it with colored and personalized shields. They're great bassy portable over-ear cans, and boy are they good to look at.

after ordering them on the 19th im finally getting them on Monday....

I ordered those Sony XB500 a few hours before the deal ended, guess I'm still rounding out my entry-level headphone collection! I loved how the XB700 sounded and it would be great as a secondary headphone. Can't wait to try the XB500! I guess I'll post my thoughts, but you'd be better-off taking it from someone with a lot of experience reviewing headphones.

The 700's actually sound pretty different. The 500's sound A LOT more colored. It's really interesting actually.

Huh, so I guess they're less of a lower-end model and just another product with different characteristics. I'm looking forward to it.

It's definitely a lot less refined, but for $30, you really can't go wrong with them. If nothing else, the pads are awesome.

I was in awe of the XB700 pads, looking forward to these. I bet they'd make great movie headphones! Action movie marathons with bass-heavy soundtracks? Super-comfy super-bassy headphones? Yes please.

Just be prepared for awkward-sounding voices.
