An application that can be considered an add-on for wiiscrubber.It allows you to display and modify the contents of 'partition.bin'.This includes the ticket, TMD, certificates and H3 table.As you can sign tickets and TMDs it's only really of use if you still have the Trucha bug working on your Wii.Requires Korean key as well as usual key.bin for full operation. Useful for Guitar Hero types that want to change the title so that it uses a different save slot etc.
