This is a Homebrew App Store for the Wii & It is launched via the Homebrew Launcher and allows you to download new homebrews, as well as to update the homebrews on your SD card.
You can even customize the App Store:
For the Splashscreen, place a "splash.png" in "sd: /wiiu/apps/appstore/resources/splash.png"
For the music, place a "slimers.mp3" in "sd: /wiiu/apps/appstore/resources/slimers.mp3"
For a repository, place a "repository.txt" in "sd: /wiiu/apps/appstore/repository.txt"
