In slot1, 2, 3 and 5 there is not hack, they are normal playthroughs.
In slot4:
- Game completed in nightmare mode.
- With 233 captured ghost (included 6 bug ghost).
- All Extra item unlocked and bought. (Festival too)
- All Mission completed with "S" Rank.
- All Costumes unlocked and bought.
- All items on Gallery unlocked.
- All Hozuki dolls captured.
- All notes in Notebook.
- All Files, Books, Tutorials and Hints gotten.
- All Media files gotten.
//Characters hack
- Ruka's camera upgrade to 100%. All lens upgrade to maximum. All films to 99.
- Misaki's camera upgrade to 100%. All lens upgrade to maximum. All films to 99.
- Madoka's camera upgrade to 100%. All films to 83. Lens "Extend", "Crush" and "Blow" added and enabled.
- Choushiro's flashlight upgrade to 100%. All lens upgrade to maximum. Lens "Blow" added and enabled. Festival function has been integrated in flashlight on silence mode, as result: Fatal Frames and Maxshots always.
//In game
- A heaps of Herbal Medicine, Sacred Water, Red cristals and Blue cristals for all characters.
- Various Stone Mirrors for all characters.
NOTE: If you change a hack lens by another or disable "Switch Function", you'll never see the hack lens again!!

Didn't work at all. Just kept getting corruption errors for it. So no good, at least not for me. If someone has a correction for this I'd love to hear it.
