i just downloaded it unzipped it and it didn't work plus my anti virus software told me it was infected

Dude plz help how do I even open this?? I download this and it just takes me back to this page when I try to open it, I just spent 30$ on a usb flash drive and nothing will open and when I download gamesaves then connect the flash drave to my xbox it says nothing is there!! HELP ME!
