Also you MUST HAVE the flare gun to mod your save, if you don't it won't let you.

How to use:
1. Extract save from Flash Drive or Hard Drive
2. Open editor
3. Drag/Drop save into editor
4. Mod what you want
5. Click File then Save
6. Close editor
7. Rehash and Resign save
