How to use:
1) Run the sec fixer, click on "DECRYPT" and select your MGS: TPP save (Make sure to select the STFS container).
2) In the same directory there are 6 new files with the extenion ".dec".
3) Use your hex editor to edit them.
4) Run the editor again and click on "ENCRYPT". It's important that the files and the STFS container are in the same directory!
5) The STFS is modified, rehashed & resigned and ready to use. Have fun!
