Neku Sakuraba From TWEWY.
Now with recolors!
Skins have been texID'ed (not sure if it works over every slot but it works on empty ones with no conflict).
The sword is blue because I faintly remember an pin in TWEWY that summoned a giant ice spike (as for others it was done for what I thought fit).
The download is unpacked (for reasons i'm going to state as you read further)
as for using it for recolors, tweaks, modpacks etc... I don't mind them as long as you put a credit to me.
(side note fixed the download gamebanana's interface is confusing)
