A Jigglypuff vertex and texture edit based on the hat worn by the Zeppeli family, namely William A. Zeppeli, in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
This skin goes over c07 by default but can now go over any skin
Includes CSPs, RSPs, BPs, and stock icons
To install the skin, rename the "cXX" folder to match the costume you want to replace and place it onto "data/fighter/purin/model/body/" in Sm4shExplorer
To install the ui elements, rename the .nut files to match the costume you want to replace (set to _08 by default) then place the "chr" folder onto "data/ui/replace/" in Sm4shExplorer
