So, this mod is NOT like that one mod for Project M that made Mr. Game and Watch 3D and have smooth animations. Here's a link. What this mod does is it puts Mr. G&W's model over Mario's because Mario has a similar body size to G&W. 

Now, before you flag this and say "OMG 0/10 MODEL SWAP SO LAZY GO DIE IN A FIRE!!!", this mod is a model swap, yes, but it's G&W without anything on him or anything like that. If this were JUST a straight model swap, it would look like this: 
All the stuff the turquoise G&W is wearing was removed for the mod. What the mod ACTUALLY looks like is the G&W on the left. Also, this mod includes alternate costumes (if you couldn't already tell from the screenshots above). If you made a G&W skin (that isn't Paper Mario) and want me to put it in 3D, I'll do it for ya.
