The third Elite Skin, for Lucina.
This is kind of a beta release, as there are some issues I have yet to fix. The CSPs, being one of them, there are some choppy spots, and the cape material set. It is supposed to be exactly the same look as Elite Roy's cape, both texture colors are the exact same color. Not only that but the materials ARE in fact the same between the two, so I haven't a clue why they are so drastically different shades.
This is set for slot 11, and it should be able to go over any slots. Includes necessary UI.
