Inspired by the concept of 'Nuclear Pokémon' from the (sadly, no longer developed ;-;) fan-game Pokémon Uranium, this skin is a nuclear version of Lucario.
This skin is set to go over Costume 7 (c06), with full UI included. Of course, you can TexIDFix it to a different slot if you want to.
CREDIT: Just like my other Nuclear skins, this mod derives its eye texture from Nuclear Charizard, a mod by Kaaeru which is also featured in the last screenshot. If you like Nuclear Lucario, please be sure to check out Nuclear Charizard, too!
