I personally think, that for your arm, you should go with the tree. I like both of the ideas, and I think you should eventually get the know you're worth tattoo somewhere else? Because the tree is easier to add on to like Mooneye said. Would you put the quote somewhere else, any ideas?

A tatoo should be a piece of art that's unique to you and has a special meaning, it's something that's subjective and considered creative. Finding a quote on the internet that you like the sound of and putting it on your body for the rest of your life is something that you'll regret in my opinion.

If you need "Know your worth" down your arm for motivational purposes or a meaning then do you really know your worth? Someone who knows their worth is out there grinding and not even thinking about a tattoo like that. That probably sounded harsh but if it makes you think about it for a second then it's worth it

Don't just get a tattoo just because you want one. Make it a symbol or date with a real meaning or it looks so aesthetic that people have to stop in their tracks. The reality is that the tree or quote tattoo is not subjective, everyone knows what know your worth means and what the tree symbolises. I have plenty of friends who got tattoos at eighteen/nineteen and really regret the tattoos.

It's your body at the end of the day but a tattoo relating to depression down your forearm that you got from the internet isn't what a tattoo should be imo. Get something that has actual meaning and is about something you're proud of or you love, not something negative and in such a revealing place

I would go with the quote seeing as it can be a daily reminder and a everyday help.

Im not a big fan of words just because shit changes and if you want to throw another tattoo on there it might be goofy but i have a full sleeve of skyrim related tattoos. Essentially what im trying to get across, is that it doesnt matter. You get what you like.
