College is a joke. I make almost $16/hr at my full time job right now, which isn't much but I'm also not in thousands of dollars of debt from school.

Think university is pointless unless you want to become a doctor etc.

Grades only get you so far, get out there and push for whatever you want to be or do

Edit: 70% of people in the U.K who come out of uni don't get a job which pays anymore than 20k a year and are in debt

I encourage you to do what ever you feel is best for you yourself in the future, a lot of people who decide to do a job instead of university or college don't ever go back like they say, another thing is that going to university in your case will benefit you in the long run because if something were to happen at the job you are at or will be at, you have an education which makes it easier to have jobs to fall back on but I wish the best of luck to you

It depends what you want to do in life. If you want to work in food and retail for the rest of your life, then yes take the job and work yourself up.

I finished college and applied for University and a job in banking which is what I wanted to do, I landed the job and currently working my way up the ranks.

It depends on what you want to do in life, only you can make the decision.
