There is no way to get any of those games back. Once your account is banned, everything on there is gone for good. That's why you shouldn't do anything wrong on any main accounts.

"But what I don't understand is why just take money that your customer rightfully earned to buy a game."
You must've gotten banned for doing something wrong, they don't just ban people just because. You break the rules, you suffer the consequences.

It's a little too much to take away games. They own the account, they don't own the content purchased.

That is false. Even though you purchased a game, You purchased a license to use the game. Microsoft has somewhere in their terms that basically says in a more simple way if you get banned, it is your fault, no refunds, and you are pretty much up the creek with out a paddle.

There no way to get your games because their EULA states it's part of their service which you are now banned from.

Only thing you can do is make a new account, follow the rules or migrate to a new platform (you can't lose your games on pc )

This is why you have an account where you do questionable things and an account where you spend money on. Sorry but there's no way as you violated their terms of service which you agreed upon by using their services when you signed up.

Well according to Larry Hyrb who is the director of programming at Xbox. He says you don't lose any games if you get banned on Xbox. So for those saying you lose the games. You are all incorrect. You would simply lose access to the multiplayer aspect.

If you had the set the Xbox as Home Xbox, then you don't lose the games. They will still be there to play on other accounts. But if you didn't do that, there is no way to get them back. Even before purchasing it says "No Refunds" on the notification.
