as far as health goes, ive known people to smoke for all their life and never have a problem, then to quit and get cancer etc. everything you read online isnt accurate, and not everyones expierence will be the exact same

Yep gotta wean yourself off of it and transition into vaping. It's healthier, cold turkey has bad withdrawal symptoms. Been there. I relapsed and went back to smoking and my immune system collapsed. I eventually purchased a larger mod to vape with and started small and went higher when I felt it was needed. Surround yourself with positive vibes and people who encourage it.

Hi Im sorry you have to go through this and beside telling them why you think they should and offering tips (look up tips if you haven't had to quit your self) they have to want to quit before they well quit. If you express your concerns and get others in your family to enough maybe they well come around then.


Maybe even try making a power point or video or find some in YouTube with proper sources and such and show it to them, maybe write a very well written sited and detailed essay and present it to them, show them you care.

Why get him to stop? I mean it's his choice, I definitely don't agree with smoking cigs. I think they are nasty but it's not my place to make people quit.. lol I mean think all the bad food people eat, knowing it harms your health but we do it everyday.. Just let him smoke if he wants to, this is just my opinion tho!

If he doesn't want a vape, and he just wants the "buzz" than get him a juul or a junior killer. Juul is mainly for the buzz and not for clouds of smoke. It will give you a big buzz depending on how much nicotine. Juul killer(not real name. Idk what it's really called) is for more nicotine and little bit bigger clouds of smoke than the juul. Just another suggestion

Buy him a decent small vape, with high nicotine juice and tobacco flavor and as time progresses lower the amount of nicotine in the juice. Thats how i quit.
