SSID wrote The currency is USD $ as indicated by the "$" sign in front of the budget

"$" doesn't automatically mean USD. He could be using CAD, NZD, AUD, HKD, TWD, or a number of other types of dollars.

OP - We need some more information to be able to help you.
What programs will you be using for music production?
What games will you be playing?
As you have a 1080p monitor, a system for 4k now wouldn't make sense, unless you were planning to upgrade to a 4k panel very soon. It would make more sense to spend the budget on a nice system and a new monitor, or just build a system for your current monitor. Which would you rather?
Preferred aesthetic(colour scheme, side panel window, LEDs, etc)?

Im refering to USD. and for music im refering to fl studio and logic pro I think thats what it's called. games like tf2, csgo, left for dead 2, garrys mod, gta v, crysis, Doom, etc games that are high on demand on graphical details if that makes any sense. and yes I will upgrade to 4k soon just will be using the 1080p monitor in the meantime. for the colors I would like white/black and a side panel window would be nice aswell. I dont see a point in having a bunch of leds inside the case so that wont be necessary.

Also one more time sorry for being annoying ^_^ I want the best performing parts and the most reliable known brands aswell within the parts all together adding to about $2000 USD

You can easily get a 1080Ti and 4k monitor within budget, so you can just get the 4k monitor now. Use the stock cooler with the R5 1600, the Dark Rock 3 is just an option you can upgrade to in the future, if you want. The stock cooler with the R5 1600 is pretty good though so if you like it, you don't even need to upgrade to the Dark Rock 3. Case fans are also a future upgrade. It's super easy to add/upgrade fans later so don't bother buying them now, unless you don't mind going a little over budget. SLI support so you could add a 2nd GTX 1080Ti in the future if you wanted. For the SSD, I included the 850 EVO because it's a great SATA SSD and it looks nice, so it'll look nice displayed on the side of the case, or on top of the PSU shroud. You could get a 525GB Crucial MX300 if you wanted to save $25. The MX300 is still a great SSD, it just doesn't look quite as nice(or perform quite as good) as the 850 EVO, but you could take the sticker off.
