Where is your launch configuration and plugin paths stored? If you're running from an external hdd then that is your issue, the plugins are not loading/responding fast enough

Also just to rule it out because it's simple enough, remove jrpc and try with just xrpc in plugin 4 and xdrpc.xex in plugin 5, that's how I run mine

so have my plugin's like this

plugin1 = Usb:\xbdm.xex
plugin2 = Usb:\Teapot.xex
plugin3 = Usb:\XDRPC.xex
plugin4 = Usb:\
plugin5 = Usb:\JRPC2.xex

This is your issue 99% sure. Move all plugins to hdd root and create a fresh launch.ini with the path set as hdd and delete the launch.ini from usb. Also XDRPC runs best from plugin 5, put xrpc in #4

You can leave the games on usb, just move your plugins to the root of hdd and then go it dashlaunch and create a new launch.ini saved to hdd. The plugins need to launch from your hdd with this tool for whatever reason

Same exact issue here resolved the same way

You should have some form of internal memory even if it's 16mb which should be enough to do what you need to do. You should be able to tell in xex menu or dashlaunch

When you're in xex menu and press RB to scroll right, don't press RB again, press r dpad to scroll to your other drives

The only solution to this issue I know is launching from an internal drive. So this is where my knowledge on the subject ends really, I've literally went through every posible step with another user and this was the only solution.
